Context
A fintech financing exporters had to verify each customer's identity, documents and contracts before doing business.
The challenge
Onboarding relied on emailed documents, manual reviews and paper contracts. The full process took about two months and many customers dropped off.
The solution
Design and development of a digital onboarding system with KYC, contract management and status tracking, integrated with the sales CRM. Led a team of three engineers.
Factoring onboarding went from ~2 months to ~2 weeks, with full traceability for every application.
