Who we are

NerisWeb is a software engineering studio based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. For any question about your data, write to hola@nerisweb.com.

What data we collect

Only the data you send through the contact form (name, email, company, phone, business profile, need and message), plus basic technical data such as IP address, browser and the page you came from, to prevent abuse and understand which content is useful.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry, schedule the assessment and, if we move forward, prepare a proposal. We don't sell or share your data with third parties or send you marketing without your consent.

Cookies

We use two first-party cookies: a technical session cookie, required for form security, and the nw_attr cookie (90 days), which remembers how you reached the site (a search, an ad or a link, including the ad click identifier) so we know which channels generate inquiries. These cookies are not shared with third parties. Only if you accept the cookie notice, Google cookies (Google Ads and Google Analytics) are also used to measure which ads and channels generate inquiries and to show relevant ads. You can change your choice at any time from «Cookie preferences» at the bottom of the site.

How long we keep it

We keep contact data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and the business relationship, then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to hola@nerisweb.com. In Argentina, the Agency for Access to Public Information enforces Personal Data Protection Law 25,326.
